How long does it take to make my order?

Each piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow 7-14 business days for your item to be made before it's dispatched.

Can I customise my order?

Absolutely! Customisation is at the heart of what we do. Please get in touch via the form below before placing your order to discuss your ideas.

What fabrics do you use?

We use a carefully curated selection of quality fabrics. If you have a specific fabric preference or requirement, feel free to ask.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! Just mention it in your order notes or contact us and we'll make it special.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within New Zealand.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Because each item is handcrafted to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

• If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with a photo and we'll make it right.
• Custom/personalised orders are non-refundable unless faulty.
• Exchanges may be considered at our discretion — please reach out to discuss.
